How Beautiful and Easy These Folded Paper Butterflies Are

Image via: my poppet , family , i creative ideas
To make each of these super easy butterflies first you have to take a square sheet of colored paper. Then fold it in half diagonally so that you get a triangle. Open the paper and place it in a way that you will get one upper and one lower triangle. Start making pleats in the paper starting from the centre to the corners of both the triangles one by one. Do the same steps to another piece of paper and then join them together in the centre with a thread. Detail the butterfly with pipe cleaner. Make more and decorate your rooms.

Homemade Hot Oil Treatment (for Hair Loss)
Back in January, I shared a post about my previous experience with traction alopecia, a condition resulting in loss of hair caused by excessive pulling at the roots—usually from having tight hair styles, such as frequent updos, twists, or braided extensions, etc. My hairline has grown back, thanks to the treatment I used above.
Jamaican Black Castor OIl (JBCO) - High in omega-9 fatty acids and what is called “ricinoleic acid”, which has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properities that helps to prevent hair thinning and hair loss, and thus promoting the regeneration of new hair.
Rosemary essential oil - Love this stuff! Rosemary oil not only prevents hair loss, but it does a great job of stimulating blood circulation to the scalp to promote hair growth. It’s also really beneficial for those who may have dry or a flaky scalp.
Since this is a hot oil treatment for hair re-growth, I only apply the mixture to my roots, scalp, nape, and hairline—not my hair length. And since JBCO is viscous (thick & sticky in consistency), I have found that a little goes a long way with castor oil. Two tablespoons is more than enough for me, or you can use a little less (if your head is not as big as mine is lol). Also, other great essential oils for hair re-growth are peppermint and lavender, but rosemary oil has a nice, refreshing scent that isn’t overpowering or overbearing like I have found the peppermint and lavender oils to be, personally.
When using JBCO and rosemary essential oil together, you truly get a winning, effective combination! :-) This mixture has definitely helped me to recover from hair loss, and it will work wonders if you’re experiencing hair breakage, or have any thinning/balding spots.
